The Flavored Fork began in the heart of a local Chef in 2009. His highly requested delicious food resulted in a passion to provide high quality honest, rustic, southern comfort food to the people of Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce.
The Flavored Fork began catering fund-raisers, friends birthdays, and charitable events. And now, a few years later, Chef Matt has acquired a professional kitchen to provide his services to the masses.
After many tribulations and a whole lot of brisket, we finally flipped on that “Now Open” in our first professional kitchen in July of 2017.
What We Do
The Flavored Fork caters weddings, fund-raisers, birthdays, anniversaries, and charitable events. If you would like our food to be a part of your event then we can make it happen.
We have the staff and expertise to plan and execute any size event for your upcoming company gathering.
We prepare and cook your menu onsite offering a variety of BBQ, Seafood, Italian and comfort foods.
Weddings & Holidays
Full service wedding packages for casual to semi-formal weddings. We provide traditional fare or a custom menu for your special day.
Allow one of our Personal Chefs to prepre a delicous 4 course dinner for your next anniversary or intimate dinner party.
We can provide waitstaff, certified bartending and skilled chefs onsite to prepare your entire menu from scratch.
